I went to DQ because I was a sucker for the Jurassic blizzard commercial. I love peanut butter and having it in a cookie dough blizzard sounded great...but I don't know if they even put the cookie in it. Not once did I taste it. I was very, very disappointed. I did give them 2 stars because I also orders the BBQ chicken snap wrap they have and that was good and actually bigger than I thought it would be. The people working there seem to not have much of personalities. I have been there maybe four times, and they never seem happy or even try to fake it. Just take the order and give it to you.

The vanilla ice cream was not good. It was over churned and hard. It did not taste anything like vanilla ice cream. It was not the light and creamy ice cream that we are used to getting from Dairy Queen. Really disappointing.

It seems like they improved a lot over the last few months. Cones are looking much better and they're much friendlier. They even cracked a joke in the drive thru.

My goal is to give this DQ no stars, but couldn't. By far, it's the worst DQ ever. Their dipped cone melted before they even gave it to me (see picture) and what they call dipped looks like smeared. The blizzard was liquid...yeah liquid... I have been to DQs in Texas with population of 200 people and THEY can sum up the competence to have a better crew than Sierra Vista. While I feel for anyone that losses their job, the DQ needs to shut down and we should never speak of it again....never

After reading the other reviews I decided to write another one that isn't a one star. The place does look run down but the stuff was still tasty. I'm sure it's filled with particulated fecal matter and dead cockroaches, but as long as it doesn't kill me I'm cool with it. I wouldn't recommend feeding any of this stuff to a toddler though.

Bathrooms are disgusting. There was a small drug baggie on the windowsill where we were sitting. The owner couldn't be bothered to spend $10 to replace the drop ceiling tiles that seem to be ready to collapse from a water leak and some sort of hairy mold. One of the employees gave away free ice cream to his "buddies". The employee's weren't wearing uniforms or nametags. One employee was wearing a DQ hat, but it looked like it hadn't been washed in 10 years. I felt dirty just being in there with my 2 year old daughter. Go somewhere else.

Only a few years ago this place served the normal staples of ice cream, shakes, burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, fries, you know, good-ole Dairy Queen menu right? I had not been in the joint for awhile so when I was done washing my car at the coin-op car wash next door, I thought I'd pop in for a burger & fries. Imagine my surprise when I scanned the menu & did not see a single hot cooked item that was normal DQ chow. Where were the greasy foods that I had always loved? I asked and was informed that they don't serve hot food any more. Hell, the only other DQ in this town ALREADY only serves ice cream so why do we need TWO ice-cream only DQ's? I truly believe that the once proud red DQ sign being displayed on this place is false advertising. Whatta waste...
